- Greet and welcome all guests to the hotel and assist guest luggage on arrival and departure.
- Present at the Bell desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.
- Assist with answering the telephone and taking message transferring calls or deal with enquiries following telephone etiquette.
- Collect and distribute post, parcel and deal with general enquiries.
- Maintain a friendly, neat and professional image to guests and colleagues.
- Performs any duties related to the department and assists other departments whenever necessary.

- Good command of spoken and written English with strong computer skills.
- Initiative, courteous, hard working and attentive to details.
- Experience in same position is an advantage.
