To take over duties from previous shift

To handle all inter-hotel, outside calls

Take messages upon request; handle guest wake up calls

Welcome guests upon arrival and check in according to established standards and procedures.

To provide information and assist all guest.

To take reservations and record them in reservation logbook, master booking file.

Post all room charges without delay and note advance deposit in “room guest list”

Fill in, update information in registration cards in database and file registration cards in folder.

Be familiar with all room types and rates in the hotel and their availability status; up-sell whenever possible.

Handle guest complaints promptly according to established procedures and then report to Supervisor/ Manager and record in guest comment to send it to Hotel Manager and Sale in daily report

Send Daily report- daily occupancy, guest comment to Hotel Manager and Sale Department in shift (9am & 6pm).

Send daily report – guest arrival and departure stay over FCC to Hotel Manager & Vice Chairman at 6PM

Send newsletter, hotel promotion for all guest in guest database

To handle all keys for guests as requested and keys for all department

Check all the vouchers received by checking.

Return passport, ID upon the guest check out

Register temporary residence online for all in house guest

Check and reply email booking

To remember and use guest’s surnames whenever possible

To attend meetings and trainings classes when required to

It is strictly forbidden to make personal calls from the Switchboard /PBX/

Maintain a well-groomed appearance and a tidy work area.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration or Human Resources Management or legal

- Experience: C&B acknowledgment, 2-3 years in similar position

- Can work under high pressure, team-work as well as independent-work.

- Be pro-active, creative, decisive, keen, and flexible in handling duties.

- Possess integrity and honesty

- Other skills:

• Good spoken and written English skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization

• Teamwork spirit, flexibility, sense of responsibility and well-organized manner.

• Good computer skills and typing skills (including Microsoft Office capability)
