Be responsible for the formulation, recommendation of hotel policies and procedures
Be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training needs analysis and training programs together with the L&D
Manager in order to enhance the service quality and to improve staff performance and efficiency

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or BA
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work - related
experience
Skill: Knowledge of local labor and employment regulations; proficient in the use of MS Office; problem solving, analytical, reasoning,
motivating, organizational and training abilities
