    SALES POLICIES
    Propose Annual Sales strategies, sales plan, selling price, ADR, market segments of Company and Properties (including Sales target
    and Revenue).
    Approval Sales target and Revenue for each Sales team and individual.
    Propose detailed sales plans, programs, campaigns and products for each market segment, property and sales channel in compliance
    with approved strategy, business plan and policies.
    Approval Adhoc sales campaigns, actions out of plan to support for driving revenue.
    Propose voucher programs for internal and outside customers.
    Propose for Flash sales.
    Propose Charter flight programs for properties which want to promote.
    Approval other products (Spa, Golf….).
    Propose Sales programs, trade marketing for developing new market.
    Propose Commissions and incentive policies for agents and staffs.
    BUSINESS OPERATIONS
    Approval Other sales programs which are proposed in accordance with approved sales policies and principles.
    Contracts / trade agreements with the agents, customers.
    Contract/ agreement with GSA, compliance with approved contract/agreement and budget.
    Good ability in handling complaints if any from account in charged.
    Providing Market intelligence.
    Attending Networking event and local/international Trade show for any potential business relationship.
    Be representative for sales team to join meetings/making reports/all activities.
    Staff management; lead sales strategy for sales staffs in DN.
    Staff training.
    OTHER TASKS
    Submitting Reports in time for General Manager/CEO.
    Weekly report and plan for next week.
    Account Analysis by Quarter.
    Yearly report: sales plan, strategy, budget..
    Implementation of any requirements from CEO

    Yêu cầu công việc

    At least five (05) years of work experience in the relevant position at international 5* hotels/big hospitality group.
    Graduation from Hotel Management/Tourism University/ Foreign Language University.
    Have a good knowledge of arket, products and Rate policies.
    Good English Communication skills in speaking and writing.
    Effective communication skills, management skill, teamwork skills and problem solving skills.
    Planning skills, work organization, presentation skills, employee motivating and engagement skills.
    Attitude: Positive, proactive and responsible.
    Character: Honest, sociable, hard-working, calm. . .
    Ability: For example, ability to work under high pressure, ability to judge, think arefully, create ...
    Health is required for often business traveling.
