REGARDING EVENT:
• Research new event ideas
• Support in planning and running the event from concept to finish in accordance with the preference of the client (pool party, outdoor
collaboration with other brands and inhouse events) – type of events will be decided by board of directors.
• Research & contact suppliers for purchasing purpose
• Proceed quotation / payment request / contract with suppliers
• Run some errands by request of management (buying materials, printing, delivering items to our venue…)
• Help to do sitecheck and work with other teams
Working with partners and sponsorship
REGARDING MARKETING:
• Help to reply customers’ inbox
• Post stories of our event / venue (especially at weekend)
• Research content ideas for social media channels
General daily social media posts, copywriting

Fluently in Vietnamese
Have basic level of English communication
Fresh graduate or 1 year working experience preffered
