Mô tả công việc

1. Assist with all activities related to groups & events.
2. Monitor daily and liaise with agents bookings.
3. Help implement PR marketing plans.
4. Assist on issuing agent/group contracts.
5. Meet with and respond to event and group enquires including internet bookings.
6. Assist in the management of tournaments/member’s/ social functions and lease with the events department at the hotel.
7. Conduct site inspections.
8. Work closely with the finance department on group/event payments/invoicing.
9. Deliver timely accurate reports á required by the clubs management.
10. Assist the general manager primarily with issuance and control of vouchers.
11. Liaise with and solve customer complaints/enquiries as needed.
12. ALWAYS maintain and protect the clubs private information that you have access too.
