    Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Maintain relationship with partner/ supplier/ internal departments.
    2. Organize Weekly Event Order meeting to review previous event feedback and brief for next week events.
    3. Execute all the requirements given by DOSM
    4. Be aware of the key trends in the market in order to create appropriate strategy.
    5. Have extensive knowledge of competitors & current business campaign.
    6. Ensure the statistical data is carefully analyzed
    7. Produce and set annual sales business plan with Director of Sales & Marketing.
    8. Be pro-active in putting ideas to execution.
    9. Build up selling prices strategy by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
    10. Pursue new market opportunities to increase Meeting & event revenue.
    11. Work with Marketing team to develop marketing campaign for events.
    12. Meet and greet customers as appropriate
    13. Excellent skill in contract negotiation.
    14. Improve customer satisfaction to create customer loyalty by deliver a positive event experience.
    15. Prepare event programs and confirm all necessary preparations are in order.
    16. Oversee procurement purchasing and service needs with regard to security and rental needs for events
    17. Supervise, direct and coordinate the activities of personnel, subcontractors and vendors as required to successfully execute all aspects
    of the event
    18. Post-event analysis, feedback and experience for future events.
    Achieve sales objectives and goals as set by the management.
    19. Complete assigned sales calls on a daily basis.
    20. Conduct site inspections.
    21. Share with team in sales briefing once a week pertaining to the Event business environment in the markets.
    22. Ensure that all accounts profile and all sales reports and any other relevant information are updated.
    23. Schedule calls to be made one week in advance and share this information in the daily sales briefings.
    24. To develop a practice of weekly sales call plan in order to help better planning in terms of time management, sales objectives and who
    we want to see.
    25. Organize business entertainment to include: luncheons, dinners, cocktails to know the client and giving them confidence in the hotel
    management team. Introduce the director of sales, director of marketing and general manager whenever possible.
    26. Understand factors that affect the market, inform management accordingly and come with the solution.
    27. Check market share and performance of the competitive hotel revenues.
    28. Keep track of the competitors regarding special promotions and rate packages.
    29. Ensure that company’s SOPs and property LSOPs are in place and adhered to.
    30. Communicate effectively to ensure that the sales function is carried out smoothly and commitments are met.
    31. Submit sales activities reports on a monthly basis outlining:
    * Total number of calls with details
    * Past month activities
    * Catering production against budget and goals
    * Major business leads for that month and for the future
    * Entertainment report
    * Your top twenty accounts
    * Any competitor information
    * Upcoming projects
    32. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned and directed by the Director of sales & Marketing.
    33. Make sales calls weekly on the accounts in the assigned areas; of which has to include new accounts every week.
    34. Dress in a manner which is conductive to a business environment whereby first impressions reflect on the hotel image.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    1. At least Bachelor degree in any field
    2. Proficiency in English communication and computer literate
    3. Strong in inter-personality and out going
    4. At least 1 year experience working in recruitment position in 3 - 5 star hotels.
    5. Strong in driving results
