Responsibilities:
1. Assist to FBM manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
2. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
3. Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
4. Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
5. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
6. Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
7. Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
8. Comply with all health and safety regulations
9. Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.

Requirements:
1. Experience:
Proven food and beverage management experience in 5 Start restaurant or High-class F&B service.
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
Guest-oriented and service-minded
Fluently English.
2. Education:Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field.
3. Experience: Over 5 years of work experience Assisstant Food & Beverage Manager level.
