    Manage restaurant and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards,
    - Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer services
    - Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
    - Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
    - Lead restaurant’s team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
    - Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures.
    - Comply with all health and safety regulations
    - Report ion management regarding sales results and productivity
    - Up selling food and beverage & other hotel service to increase hotel revenue
    - Other tasks assigned by FB Manager

    Yêu cầu công việc

    - Good spoken and written English, a third language will be an advantage.
    - Good supervision, leadership and communication skills.
    - Must have good knowledge of all the hotel emergency procedures.
    - Must have good knowledge and understanding of all hotel’s policies and procedures.
    - Must have good knowledge of all facilities and their operation hours in the hotel.
    - Must be well to solve guest complain and all situation.
    - Be able to work long hours and shift whenever needed.
