Mô tả công việc

- Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
- Assist in preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
- Know room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates.
- Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.
- Know the activities and services of the property.
- Process guest check-outs.
- Perform other duties as requested by FO Sup/ FOM.

Yêu cầu công việc

- College or University Graduate; Preferably Degree in Foreign Language/ Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management.
- At least 1yr. experience in the same capacity or exposure in the same Customer Service Industry.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Passion for Customer Service.
- Computer Literate.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Fluent in English, knowledge of other language an advantage.
