Position Summary:
The Room Attendant performs daily cleaning of check in, occupied and checks out apartments accordingly to policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Is responsible for cleaning an allocated number of apartments set by the supervisor according to working procedures.
2. Daily cleaning of apartments eg arrange furniture, changing of linens, polishes metalwork and vacuuming.
3. Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses, writing supplies and bathroom items.
4. Ensure all cleaning equipment and electrical equipment are in good working condition.
5. Reports to supervisor for any loss and damage to linen, furniture, fixtures and equipment
6. Updates status of rooms
7. Delivers items such as ironing boards and rollaway beds as requested by guests
8. Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor or Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications:
- Primary / Secondary school certificate
Experience:
- 2 years’ experience as a room attendant preferred
Competencies:
- Spoken English, pleasant, polite honest and sincere
