Delivers the brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
Provides excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Feedback guest complaints to
Team Leader – Housekeeping/ Assistant Manager promptly.
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Ensures all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented
where appropriate.
Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments.
Checks and cleans operating equipment.
Sweeps mops and polishes floors.
Vacuum, spot clean and shampoos carpets.
Ensure carpets are stained free.
Vacuum wall covering and chairs.
Cleans furniture, fixtures, glasses and mirrors.
High dusts ceiling, lights and air-condition ducts.
Polishes brass surface and stainless-steel items.
Maintains the cleanliness of public and back-of-the house areas.
Replenishes toiletries as necessary.
Reports lost and damaged items.
Reports repair and maintenance work.
Follow-up duties from the previous shift.
Collects supplies from general store.

Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
High school or equivalent education required.
Minimum 12 months of prior experience as a Public Attendant.
