Dealing with emails, faxes, booking/ system communication channels, correspondence checking (VIP’s, regular guest, SPG’s…), group
allocations, and to respond to guest requests on a daily basis.
Handling customer queries and complaints relating to the Reservations.
Maintaining a high standard of communication with all departments.
Working closely with Front Desk and Operation Team to maximize Guest Satisfaction
Attending the Daily Briefing with the team to communicate results, ensuring the information is accurate at all times.
Complying at all times with the Reservations Standards of Marriott and the Hotel Standards and ProceduresQuyền lợi được hưởng

Key requirements:
BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
1 year experience with the Opera system.
