Mô tả công việc

• To report to work within the requested time prior to commencement of duty, well groomed and to uniform standard.
• To promote a helpful and professional image and give full co-operation to any prospective guest requiring assistance with a prompt,
caring and helpful attitude.
• Completes all storeroom requisitions required by the relevant outlets.
• To ensure the attendants are aware of daily specials, goals set and all activities within the hotel.
• Be aware and actively sells at all times to help increase the productivity of the outlet.
• Serves the guests with a sense of professionalism and with the highest degree of quality.
• Communicate all guest’s comments and complaints to the Assist. Outlet Manager.
• Maintains highest quality possible through effective supervision and direct control of all employees’ task.
• Performs all duties with a high degree of self-discipline.
• Assists the Assistant Manager / Manager in all training programs and on the job training sessions.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in restaurant leadership with evidenced tracked record of achievements
• Strong in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skills
• Proficiency in English and computer literate
• Possesses sound knowledge about food & beverages.
• Strong problem solving and conflict management skill.
• Statement of honest and no criminal record.
