- Eating utensils: cups, plates, spoons, glasses... are clean, ensuring hygiene standards according to regulations
- Set up dining table, party table
- Comply with the hotel's standard customer service procedures
- Make payments
- Attend department meetings, report feedback received from diners
- Enthusiastically participate in professional training courses when facilitated by the hotel
- Perform other duties as requested by superior
