    Mô tả công việc

    Get to know our long-term residents, have regular interaction directly with them, and conduct surveys, guide or support related
    documents to in-house tenants for applying for visa extensions, residence permits, etc.
    Co-ordinate with all department heads to organize activities for all tenants, children,
    Collect feedback and complaints from customers, inform all departments, and give prompt responses back to customers
    Create unique customer experiences to surprise residents
    Perform any other duties as required by the GS Manager or the Management
