- Receptionist will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests approaching the Front Desk with a professional, warm and positive attitude. She/he will be a main actor in the check in and check out process which occur at the Front Desk, and will be available to help the guest in any of their request.
- On a broader scale Receptionist is to beware that as the “voice of the hotel”, and at most times the first point of contact with the hotel, you are to create an impression of efficiency, friendliness and warmth to all callers to the hotel.
- Receptionist assists in executing all operational procedures of the Front Office department, responsible to follow hotel rules and regulations, maintains a friendly, neat and professional image to guests and colleagues, performs any duties related to the department and assists other departments whenever necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong computer skills; Opera system - Initiative, courteous, hard working and attentive to details
- Working experience with Opera hotel system is an advantage
- Experience in working of the same position is an advantage
