Work under the executive, assign tasks from the direct manager
. Always greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner as soon as they arrive at the Hotel or see them off Assist the Front Desk staff to quickly check in and out for guests;.
. Welcoming VIPs, taking guests to their rooms and introducing guests to some locations and equipment in the room for guests' convenience.
. Use professional sales skills to introduce guests to the hotel's existing services
. Contact guests during their stay at the hotel to get a review of their satisfaction.
. Quickly communicate guest comments and complaints to the Head of Department to promptly adjust accordingly.
. Coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems to achieve the highest satisfaction.
. Coordinate with departments to propose products and services in accordance with the needs and tastes of customers.
. Understand and provide necessary information when requested: ongoing events, bank addresses, supermarkets, scenic spots, local tours, etc.
