- Responsible for welcoming guests, collecting guest’s queries.
- Provides guidance, advice, counseling and transparent diplomatic feedback as appropriate
- Familiar and able to perform shift duties of other Bellman/ Doorman roles
- Basic skills at solving problem or handle guest enquiries
