Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for assisting Property Management in the overall day to day operations of the residence. Be deputized whenever the Property Manager is absent.
- The first assignment & main area of work of the Manager is the Lobby, when not away to do a specific mission, he/she will spend all his/her time in the lobby to co-ordinate overall activities and will be dynamic in tenant relationships.
- Explain and enforce the Terms and Conditions of Occupancy.
- Coordinate assistance for any residents having difficulties with apartment facilities.
- Provide general supervision of the community in the assigned area of responsibility by being visible and available and by establishing and maintaining good rapport with the residents.
- Responsible for a detailed Management report by going through the activities of the day, the problems found, follow up to-do’s, and the tasks not completed yet.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Qualification: from Bachelor's degree
- Experience: minimum 2 years with similar position
- Good command in English
- Soft Skills: Good communication, negotiation, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Leadership: Skilled in leading teams, making decisions, and independent judgment.
- Others: Strong understanding of hotel and property management.
