Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join the MMV team in the Central region of Vietnam (Hue, Da Nang, Hoi An).
The Corporate Sales Executive will play a critical role in expanding our market presence, building relationships with corporate clients, particularly partners in the tourist domain, and achieving sales targets. Executing Marketing activities, Local store marketing activities, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the Central region.
Identify and prioritize target markets and clients, focusing on corporate clients such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, tours, to drive the traffic and sales volume from tourists to stores. The 2nd segment is gifting solutions for corporates in this region.
2. Business Development:
Proactively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships to expand Maison Marou's presence.
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the tourist industry and corporate sectors.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Conduct regular visits, follow-ups, and presentations to key accounts.
4. Negotiation and Contract Management:
Lead negotiations and secure contracts with corporate clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring all terms align with company objectives.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
6. Reporting and Performance Tracking:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Track sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
7. Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, kitchen, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage, hospitality, or luxury goods sectors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
Skills and Competencies:
+ Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
+ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
+ Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales growth.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).
Location and Travel: Based in the Central region (Hue, Da Nang, Hoi An) with the ability to travel frequently within the region.
Personal Attributes: Passion for gourmet food and a genuine interest in the chocolate industry. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
