Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations.
Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution (OTAs)
Ensure hotel booking engine is maintained up-to-date and functional.
Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards
Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide a summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies
Ensure all related systems (CM, PMS, Extranet...) are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity
Prepare annual revenue budget

Management experience in the hotel industry or equivalent lodging services.
Solid knowledge of revenue, E-commerce and adherence to established standards.
Demonstrates initiative, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude towards new tasks and responsibilities.
Possesses creative thinking, open-mindedness to new ideas, and a desire to contribute to brand development
