Your responsibilities will include:
• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Chat with, advise, and support guests during their stay.
• Sell services such as tours, bus tickets, train tickets, food, and drinks.
• Manage room bookings on the system.
• Keep the reception area tidy, clean, and in line with the hostel vibe.
• Support the team when needed (at a hostel, everyone is a little “multi-tasking”).

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has basic English communication skills (being able to talk with guests is enough).
• Is friendly, open-minded, and not shy about starting conversations with strangers.
• Is responsible, punctual, and works well in a team.
• Is available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Has experience (a plus), but training will be provided if you don’t.

Working hours (rotating shifts):
• Morning shift: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
