With over 30 years of international experience in the hospitality industry, I have built a strong record leading hotel operations, driving performance, and developing high-performing teams across multiple countries. I bring extensive pre-opening expertise, having successfully launched and managed several internationally branded properties including Holiday Inn Telavi, Best Western Kutaisi, and Onyx Hotel Tbilisi, along with high-profile lifestyle venues such as Hard Rock Café in Europe. In Georgia, I oversaw the pre-opening and daily operations of four hotels simultaneously, including the Best Western Kutaisi, a 45-room property with conference facilities and a staff of 45. During this same period, I also managed customer service operations at the Black Opal Casino in Tbilisi. Balancing these responsibilities demanded strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to build reliable systems that teams could depend on.
Currently, I am leading the non-medical side of the pre-opening of the International Medical Mall in Tbilisi, a unique project combining healthcare and hospitality. This role has given me valuable experience working across industries, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and building operational frameworks from the ground up.
Fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish, I thrive in multicultural environments and excel at building strong connections with guests, staff, and partners from diverse backgrounds. Throughout my career, I have remained close to day-to-day operations while never losing sight of the larger goals, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development.
